Playing heavy metal drums is not a skill challenge. It's the rock basics, but loud. Further, I'm just doing what the original drummer seems to be doing, so I didn't even have to come up with any musical ideas. This kind of drumming is kinda' like riding a bike -- once you learn, you never lose it. More sophisticated drumming is pretty much beyond me now.
